Jason managed a team of researchers and consultants that raised $20-million for charities across the U.S. and Canada.

Grant Development Services (GDS) is the fundraising consulting division of Metasoft Systems, developers of the market-leading FoundationSearch and BIG Online donor prospecting databases.

Jason helped to establish the department and spearheaded the delivery of all client services, including ongoing management of a team of in-house prospect researchers and grant-writers. He returned in 2018 as Manager of the department.

GDS worked with North American clients from every sector of the philanthropic marketplace and raised approximately $21.5 million in donations during Jason’s tenure.
